DESCRIPTION: \n \nThe event is organised at HUN-REN ATOMKI in Debrecen\,
  Hungary between 28-30 of January. The conference goal is to present exper
 imental and theoretical works related to low energy nuclear astrophysics\,
  particle physics and astrochemistry\, connected to low energy particle ac
 celerators available in HUN-REN ATOMKI. The first day focuses on general t
 alks on nucleosynthesis of chemical elements and chemical process in inter
 stellar environment. The morning session on 29 of January aims to present 
 the newest achievements on the field of nuclear physics in underground rel
 ated experiments in LUNA. The 28 January and the morning section on 29 of 
 January is open for public. The second part of the event is dedicated to t
 he workshop of the LUNA collaboration and the access to the program is all
 owed only for the members of the collaboration.\n \nThe Local Organizing
